Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Status: Full-time/100% on-site
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Position Summary: The Technical Product Associate is responsible for devising systems, technology and procedures to enable the success of the Kith business. This can include procuring and managing the day to day relationship with 3rd party vendors, or capturing requirements, and implementing new custom technology using Kith's internal and external system integrators. This position will collaborate with technical stakeholders, and a successful candidate will need to be highly technical themselves. The Technical Product Associate is typically assigned one or more categories of the business, as it enables them to dig deep, and understand their needs and inefficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate complex business systems required for the business to function such asOrder Management System,ERP System, and Custom back-office software that supports various customer facing channels.

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to better understand their category of the business, as well as the opportunities for growth

  • Document learnings, and present potential solutions, and the expected timelines for implementation.

  • Implement approved solutions: build independently using pre-existing tooling, systems and tooling, collaborate with Kith's pre-existing system integrators and developers to design custom technology, procure a 3rd party vendor to implement, configure and operate tooling, and enhance and optimize pre-existing integrations.

  • Present designs, mock-ups or demos to the relevant stakeholders to ensure the solutioning remains aligned to their needs.

  • Understand, measure and track KPIs related to the business to ensure that newly implemented solutions are improving team results.

  • Launch, train and in some cases, operate the technology to ensure that the business is supported through change.

  • Test implemented technology and processes to ensure that they're accurate, resilient and scalable.

  • Establish, instruct, and record training materials for internal Kith teams.

Special Projects

  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to Technical Product Managers as needed.

  • Use strong product and technical understanding to prioritize time and development hours to deliver product completion.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 1-3 Years of Product Management or Technical/Solutions Architecture experience.

  • Engineering/Software Development experience.

  • Previous experience or extensive knowledge of Retail or eCommerce business.

Skills

  • Fluent in SQL (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) or other Database Querying Languages.

  • Moderate understanding of API design and connectivity - Proficient in Postman or other API testing tooling.

  • Agile Product Management Software - JIRA, Asana, Monday.

  • Experienced, confident written and verbal communicator.

  • Accomplished facilitator and stakeholder manager.

  • Understanding of AI tools and systems.
