Join a Growing Advanced Electronics Manufacturing Team

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Test Technician to support production of advanced electronic, RF, and microwave components and systems. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in electrical testing, electronics troubleshooting, RF testing, production testing, electronics repair, avionics, military electronics, or manufacturing test environments.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Perform testing, tuning, alignment, troubleshooting, and validation of microwave components, electronic assemblies, and production units
  • Conduct preliminary testing, pulse focusing, environmental testing, and functional verification
  • Assemble and disassemble components to support testing, diagnostics, and repair activities
  • Operate electronic test equipment including:
    • Network analyzers
    • Spectrum analyzers
    • Oscilloscopes
    • Digital multimeters
    • Power meters
  • Diagnose test failures and collaborate with engineering teams to support product improvements and new product introduction (NPI) activities
  • Document test results, production updates, and technical findings accurately
  • Support production schedules while maintaining quality and performance standards


Qualifications

  • Experience in electronics testing, electrical testing, manufacturing test, RF testing, or electronic troubleshooting required
  • Hands-on experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, and electronic test equipment required
  • Working knowledge of electronics fundamentals, Ohmโ€™s Law, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques required
  • Ability to interpret technical procedures and follow production processes
  • Technical Associate degree, military electronics training, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience required
  • Experience with RF, microwave, telecom, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, avionics, or communications testing strongly preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a D.O.D. Security Clearance
