Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business and technology solutions. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define processes, and ensure solutions meet business needs. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job duties:

  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and pain points
  • Create detailed process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure requirements are clear and actionable
  • Support Agile/Scrum delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Coordinate and support system and user acceptance testing activities
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and support decision-making on complex initiatives
  • Assist with change management efforts related to new systems and processes
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end users

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
  • Experience in financial services, credit agencies, or related industries (preferred)
  • Understanding of modern technology concepts such as cloud computing, microservices, and API management (preferred)
  • Experience coordinating or supporting user testing activities (preferred)
  • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives (preferred)
