Job Description:  

  • Provide technical support and resolve user or system issues promptly. 

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software, hardware, or lab equipment (depending on industry). 

  • Perform data entry, testing, and analysis to support technical operations. 

  • Document processes, update user manuals, and maintain accurate technical records. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and improvement initiatives. 

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure systems and products meet operational standards. 

  • Monitor performance metrics and report findings to management. 

  • Assist in training or onboarding users on new technologies, tools, or procedures. 

Qualifications: 

  • Must have a 4 year bachelor's degree in chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or other related fields 

  • A minimum of 5 year experience in formulating water based adhesives; knowledge in paperboard and food grade packaging desirable. 

  • Ability to aggressively attack complex problems and identify feasible or optimal solutions. 

  • Ability to simultaneously lead or participate in multiple cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
