As a CTE Lab Aide, you'll play an important role in supporting hands-on learning across our technical programs. You'll work alongside faculty, help prepare labs for instruction, assist fellow students, and gain practical experience that looks great on a resume. Whether this is your first job or you're building experience for your future career, you'll develop transferable skills that employers value.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES

STUDENT EMPLOYMENT & FEDERAL WORK-STUDY
This position may be filled through either the Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program or regular student employment, depending on student eligibility and available funding.
Students hired through the Federal Work-Study Program must:
  • Be eligible for and accept a Federal Work-Study award.
  • Be enrolled in at least six (6) eligible credits each term.
  • Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
  • Complete all required hiring paperwork and receive employment authorization before beginning work.

Students who are not eligible for Federal Work-Study may still be considered for employment through regular student worker funding, if available.
