We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior IT Technician to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to supporting our organization’s IT needs.


Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various platforms and devices.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring efficient use of IT resources.

- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or improvements.

- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.

- Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.

- Ensure security protocols are followed to protect company data and infrastructure.
