• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through virtual consultations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to develop accurate diagnoses.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create effective, individualized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs and integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, providing ongoing support and guidance as clients progress toward their therapeutic goals.
• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, employing strong crisis management skills to ensure client safety and well-being during challenging situations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and specialized therapists.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, share best practices, and contribute to the overall improvement of our mental health services.

Your role will involve working directly with a diverse array of clients who may be facing issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges. A strong commitment to cultural competence and understanding various backgrounds will be essential in effectively addressing the unique concerns of each client.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, demonstrating your professional qualifications to provide mental health services.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to work effectively with various patient populations.
• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to apply evidence-based treatment methods tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing inclusive approaches to ensure all clients feel valued and understood.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong comfort level with remote technologies that promote efficient telehealth practices.
• A history of successful crisis intervention and the ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, reflective of your experience and licensure, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
