Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated experience writing technical documentation for an IT audience
• Ability to communicate technical terms and concepts. Ability to integrate knowledge from a range of technologies.
• Experience creating templates and artifacts to organize information.
• Experience conducting analysis and interviewing SMEs as necessary to compile and write technical and accurate content.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint 2013 including all aspects of creating formats, inserting and sizing objects/files/diagrams/pictures.
