Be an important member of the HR Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Total Rewards with visibility and alignment to the CHRO.   • Lead annual global merit and bonus planning, including budgets, guidelines, performance differentiation, governance, and financial modeling.
  • Build and govern job architecture, job families, levels, career paths, pay ranges, compa-ratios, market positioning, and internal equity.
  • Support executive compensation and LTIP design, modeling, administration, and Board and committee materials.
