Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Harness is seeking a hands-on GTM Systems Manager to help build, optimize, and scale our go-to-market (GTM) systems as we continue our rapid global growth. This role sits within our Revenue Operations & Strategy team, reporting to the Manager of GTM Business Systems. You will be a critical player in the day-to-day administration, support, and improvement of our GTM tech stack, ensuring our systems are a growth accelerator, not a bottleneck.

You will collaborate with GTM leadership across Sales, Partner, SDR, Enablement, and Sales Engineering to translate their needs into technical solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring our systems run smoothly, our data is accurate, and our GTM teams are well-supported to execute effectively and efficiently.

About the Role

Execution & Optimization

  • Actively configure, optimize, and maintain multiple GTM applications (Outreach, Clari, People.ai, Zoominfo, Chorus, AI tooling, etc).
  • Support the design and implementation of system integrations and automated workflows to reduce manual effort and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting reliability.
  • Support system-related projects from requirements gathering to post-launch support on both ad-hoc tasks & long-term projects.
  • Build and implement complex automated workflows.
  • Support the design and maintenance of system integrations between Salesforce and our broader tech stack (Outreach, Clari, People.ai, Impartner, Chorus, enrichment tooling)

Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and deliver actionable reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and other tools to enable informed decision-making.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of GTM tools, providing insights for improvement.
  • Triage and troubleshoot user-reported issues, providing timely support and resolution to the GTM team.

Change Management & Enablement

  • Assist in documenting system processes and changes to support training and enablement efforts.
  • Support cross-functional alignment on system changes, ensuring smooth adoption through clear communication.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices to help maintain a cutting-edge GTM tech stack.

About You

  • 3-6 years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Advanced expertise in the GTM application ecosystem (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, People.ai, Zoominfo, Partner ecosystem, etc.).
  • Experience with system integrations, data workflows, and APIs.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Technically adept in the application of AI tools to streamline GTM processes and maintain a cutting-edge systems environment.
  • SQL and data analysis experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
