Job Title: Healthcare Solutions Consultant - Hospital Systems
Location: Omaha / Lincoln, NE

About the Role:

ECC is seeking a Healthcare Solutions Consultant to lead consultative sales across hospital systems, IDNs, and large clinical networks. This role focuses on uncovering needs, designing integrated healthcare technology solutions, and building longterm relationships with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline within hospital systems, IDNs, and large clinic Conduct discovery to understand clinical workflows, facility operations, and IT/Biomed needs
  • Recommend solutions including nurse call systems, RTLS, clinical communications, and workflow tools
  • Deliver presentations, demos, and onsite assessments
  • Navigate long, multistakeholder sales cycles
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Achieve or exceed sales and activity targets
 

What You Bring:

  • 3-10 years' experience selling complex healthcare technology systems
  • Strong consultative selling skills with clinical and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with Clinical Leadership, Facilities, IT, Biomed, or capital committees
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into meaningful clinical and operational outcomes
  • Background in nurse call, RTLS, clinical workflow, or healthcare infrastructure preferred
