Job description

This post is for people who are interested in PR work on a contract basis from their own home office, nationwide.

The Job:

  • Tech PR experience (security/cybersecurity a plus); primary job is reaching out to media with possible stories, researching opportunities, and other possible work
  • Coordination and tracking of details; responsiveness and management of interactions with all involved

Must have:

  • Strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, responsiveness to messages; honesty, positive attitude, strong work ethic
  • Expertise and regular use of office apps is a must; experience with media databases and reporting dashboards is not necessary but advantageous
  • Working and reliable computer/PC with security software installed, and Microsoft Office downloaded including Outlook and Teams (or an Office365 subscription that provides all the Microsoft apps)

Part-time, project basis, fees start at $24/hour and up (commensurate with the nature of the project assigned, experience and abilities)
