10 openings - private jet exp. a plus

Qualifications (Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Certifications/Licenses):

  • 10+ yrs progressive exp. as an avionics technician
  • 5 years of experience modification-oriented work efforts
  • Has a FCC General Operators Radio License or is able to attain one
  • Is comfortable reading wiring diagrams and schematics; often ones that are under development and need relevant, experienced feedback for the Aery Engineering Team
  • Is experienced working within the constraints of an organizational quality system
  • A&P license preferred
  • Comfortable working on a wide variety of aircraft in both routine maintenance capacities as well as one of a kind, prototype system integrations.
  • Is able to conduct a practical assessment at time of interview of basic AT functions
  • Experience and ability to troubleshoot systems and a nature that welcomes the challenging of learning new system
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 tools and utilities

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and installation drawings to facilitate relevant system inspections, troubleshooting and installations
  • Ensure compliance of aircraft related tasks to FAA requirements
  • Ensure safe, compliant avionics installations are accomplished in accordance with released data
  • Proactive communicator who can clearly articulate results and needs across all levels
  • Ability to meet schedule and budget commitments
