Job description

IT Operations Technician - 2 OPENINGS

Start: ASAP

Location: Kingman, AZ – work is ONSITE

Contract Length: 6 months, likely to extend

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00a - 5:00p

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (depending on experience)

*Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or GC Holder / Perm Resident.*

This position is responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining

various enterprise-wide systems as well as supporting internal IT partners across the enterprise.

The IT Operations Technician will provide technical support to COMPANY as required.

Installing, configuring, testing, and supporting various business applications and infrastructure

hardware (networking, computers, camera systems, wireless hand-held devices, etc.).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide technical support to employees using phone, email, chat, and the ticketing

system; provide in-person support to onsite employees and remote support to other locations

· Order, configure, and deploy new equipment and manage used inventory

· Assist in the implementation/installation, maintenance/troubleshooting, and licensing of

software and applications

· Troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure equipment such as computers/laptops,

phones, servers, access control systems and network devices

· Create and support user account and group membership setups

· Support project work as assigned

· Create and maintain documentation regarding incidents, projects, and inventory

· Work a rotational on-call IT support schedule that may include evenings and weekends as needed

· Must obtain AZ-900 Certification, MD-102, and AZ-104 Certification within the first year

Minimum Qualifications:

· 1-year technical experience supporting users with hardware, software, administration

and IT customer support as defined in the responsibilities.

· IT related associate degree, or 2 years of equivalent recent experience

be, and taking care to make sure that expectations are met.

· Judgment/Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential

actions to choose the most appropriate one.

· Infrastructure Hardware/Software Knowledge - Knowledge of computers, electronic

equipment, and computer hardware and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting MS Windows, Office, Outlook,

and other basic Windows applications

· Experience troubleshooting networking equipment, Conference rooms audio/visual, and

access control systems/cameras/badges

· Experience with workstation imaging software and an MDM solution such as Microsoft Intune

· Experience in a heavy industrial setting

· SAS Platform experience

· Microsoft PowerShell Experience

· Cloud Management Experience

· Microsoft ADO Experience

· Experience working in a Scrum project management framework

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
