The path involves gaining technical expertise, developing managerial skills, and demonstrating leadership in team environments.

How do tech managers typically balance hands-on technical work with people management responsibilities?

Tech Managers often face the challenge of balancing their technical expertise with the demands of leading a team. In most organizations, they spend a portion of their time on code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical problem-solving, while also dedicating significant energy to mentoring, conducting one-on-ones, and facilitating team collaboration.
