About Bluetree Dental: Redefining Collective Ownership

Founded in 2012, Bluetree Dental stepped away from rigid corporate dentistry to create a provider‑first management group rooted in clinical excellence, visionary leadership, and true partnership.

Unlike traditional models offering fractional chair ownership, Bluetree offers a transparent path to equity in the entire company—proved by the fact that 45 of our 60 active providers are company owners. At Bluetree, technology isn't just infrastructure—it’s a strategic driver of growth and innovation.

This is a safety‑sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
