Job description

Salary Range: $200,000–$275,000 + bonus

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT leader to oversee and develop a multidisciplinary technology team. This role requires someone who can balance strategic direction with day-to-day operational oversight who can guide highly technical professionals, streamline processes, and drive technology-enabled improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse IT organization consisting of IT Support staff, software developers, infrastructure engineers, and business analysts. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages problem-solving, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strong, adaptable leadership capable of motivating and guiding individuals with different skill sets, technical backgrounds, and communication styles. Ensure team members have clear objectives, career development paths, and the resources needed to excel.
  • Oversee Salesforce strategy, delivery, and optimization, ensuring the platform is leveraged to its fullest potential. Evaluate business requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and align all enhancements with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Serve as the primary driver for Salesforce-related initiatives, from initial discovery and planning to implementation and post-deployment support. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure that solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic direction for IT and Salesforce projects, establishing priorities, building roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration. Ensure all projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
  • Implement governance, standards, and operational frameworks to improve system stability, workflow efficiency, and long-term maintainability across IT functions.
  • Collaborate closely with executive and departmental leaders to understand evolving business needs, recommend technical solutions, and ensure technology investments are aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and external partners, ensuring consistent delivery quality and value for cost.
  • Promote a culture of proactive problem-solving, encouraging the team to identify bottlenecks, propose innovative solutions, and drive automation where beneficial.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and best practices across all systems, applications, and infrastructure components under the IT umbrella.
