Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead- Consumer Goods Cloud
Location: USA, remote

Roles and Responsibilities:
Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Technical Lead typically oversees the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored for the consumer goods industry. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
  • Overall, 8 - 10 years exp in Salesforce CRM, particularly Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Minimum 1 project life cycle exp in SF Consumer goods cloud ( min 1 - 2 yrs of exp)
  • Should have min 3 - 5 full cycle project exp in SF Sales cloud or Service cloud with good understanding of Sales force. Com out of box functionalities
  • Design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce and Force.com
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC),
  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
  • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices
  • Oversee code reviews of other developers & guide / mentor junior members of the team
  • Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer, App Builder, PD1 & Consumer Goods Cloud certification is mandatory.
  • Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes
  • Strong experience in Agile way of working
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
