Location: Hartford, WI

Job Type: Long-Term Shop Position

Shifts Available: Day Shift & Night Shift

Pay Rate: $38.00/Hour

Per Diem: $120.00 Per Day Worked

Current Schedule: 6 x 10s

Upcoming Schedule: Expected to increase to 6x10s or more



Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Pipe Welders for a long-term fabrication shop opportunity in Hartford, Wisconsin. Candidates must be highly proficient in both TIG and Flux Core welding and have experience working in a production or fabrication shop environment.

This is a stable, long-term position with competitive pay, per diem, and overtime potential.



Responsibilities

Perform pipe welding using TIG and Flux Core processes.

Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Fabricate and weld pipe systems to quality and safety standards.

Inspect welds for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Follow all shop procedures and safety regulations.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Pipe Welder.

Proficiency in TIG and Flux Core welding.

Ability to pass a 7-year National Criminal Background Check.

Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.

Valid OSHA 10 Certification required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work scheduled overtime as needed.
