We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Director to oversee and manage the maintenance operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional management skills, technical expertise, and a keen focus on safety and regulatory compliance.


- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive maintenance program, including preventative and corrective maintenance processes.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, striving for cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals and respond to maintenance-related inquiries or issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field. Relevant certifications may be considered but not required. 
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in handi work, Hvac, Plumbing.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team of professionals.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and strategic approach.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
