Position Overview

Cardone Capital is seeking a Director of Data & Technology to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise data systems and operational technology across the organization.

This role will be responsible for helping transform Cardone Capital into a fully dataโ€‘driven private equity real estate company by building modern reporting infrastructure, data warehouses, dashboards, automations, and AIโ€‘powered workflows.

The ideal candidate understands both technology and business operations โ€” someone who can bridge the gap between executive leadership, acquisitions, accounting, asset management, investor relations, and operations.

This is not just an IT role.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on creating a scalable institutional platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Infrastructure & Warehousing

Lead implementation and management of enterprise data platforms including:

  • Snowflake
  • Sigma Computing
  • CRM and investor reporting systems
  • Property management and accounting integrations
  • Build centralized data architecture across acquisitions, accounting, operations, investor reporting, and asset management
  • Create a โ€œsingle source of truthโ€ for companyโ€‘wide reporting
Business Intelligence & Reporting

Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting across:

  • Portfolio performance
  • Occupancy and leasing
  • Investor metrics
  • Fund performance
  • Cash flow and distributions
  • Acquisition pipeline
  • Property management operations
  • Design realโ€‘time reporting systems for leadership and department heads
  • Automate recurring reports and workflows
Systems Integration & Automation

Integrate platforms across the organization including:

  • Yardi
  • Salesforce
  • Investor portals
  • Banking systems
  • Marketing platforms
  • Internal operational systems
