Summary
At CSpring, the Sales/Solutions Consultant drives all outside sales and business development activities including strategically identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, negotiating with prospects to close business, and creating an overall positive brand image in the marketplace. In this highly visible role, you will work with our leaders, consultants, prospects, clients, and partners to capture new business and convert each prospect into a client and raving fan. You will translate prospect and customer needs into state-of-the-art technology solutions that solve real business problems. In all your interactions, you will take a client-focused approach and reflect CSpring's core values - committed, collaborative, consultative, and caring.
Responsibilities
  • You must be able to work well independently, be self-confident and authentic in your abilities and demeanor, and be someone who approaches the world with optimism.
  • You must have high integrity and be a quick learner and problem solver.
  • You must be able to engage prospects with a strong sense of curiosity and be professional in your approach to selling and communicating.

Knowledge in Information Technology is a bonus but not required. A strong personal network is a plus. You must have prior earnings of at least $60k in a selling role
