A person in this role will actively manage project information and client requirements between client contacts, the account team, and the development team while ensuring client development projects are executed with high attention to detail. This position requires an experienced individual, passionate about delivering award-winning work from a wide-spread industry base.

Responsibilities:

  • Will be expected to bring a current client list (no matter the size) with them to help kickstart the book of business building
  • Will be required to create professional services opportunities from a conversation, physical or virtual
  • Will be expected to participate in singular and group marketing and sales strategies to boost lead flow, qualify leads and close business opportunities—essentially, get work in the door.
  • Must be able to consult with clients concerning digital strategy, user interface/user experience design, digital marketing campaign strategy, channel strategy and/or website or system development with the business goal of increasing client revenue, decreasing client costs and/or improving productivity within a client organization
  • Use active listening and technical knowledge to determine customer needs
  • Help define and guide functional specification, process flows, wireframes, data mapping and test plan documentation for each assigned project
  • Actively initiate, facilitate and coordinate mission-critical conversations between client stakeholders and agency staff
  • Work closely with clients and internal departments in order to clarify and fulfill the needs of the client
  • Manage, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Keep current on products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
  • Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing performance of client accounts
Requirements:


  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer relations, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding follow-up and follow-through talents
  • Thorough understanding of internet technology
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Communications, IT or Marketing discipline
  • Experience in technology problem-solving and/or business analysis with an internet and/or marketing firm preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Account Manager or Project Manager, preferably on interactive projects and/or online marketing campaigns
