Account Manager
About the Team
The Account Manager is responsible for the for the Nissan North America's ADAS camera business, working closely with engineering, operations and quality teams to support launches, pricing, contracts, and stable supply.
What you can look forward to as Account Manager:
  • Customer commercial interface for Nissan NA ADAS camera business
  • Collaborate with Nissan ADAS sales team in Japan and sales/engineering/quality functions at NA HQ
  • Support Sales Managers with NA regional business tasks, including launch support, stable supply, pricing and inflation recovery, action tracking, and follow-ups
  • CRM and pricing systems with up-to-date customer, product, and contract information
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer-specific performance dashboards
  • Lead preparation, and submission of RFQs, quotes, and commercial proposals
  • Manage contract documentation and support change requests or variation processes
  • Track sales-related project milestones and alert KAMs to delays or action points
  • Support coordination of customer audits, plant visits, and launch activities
  • Help ensure legacy data and customer commitments are transitioned smoothly

Your profile as Account Manager:
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales or sales engineering (automotive sector preferred)
  • Strong communication with customer
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation capability and presentation skill
  • Self-management and high motivation
  • IT skill (Sales Core, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
  • Fluent in business English (understanding/experience of Japanese business culture preferred)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transitional environment
