Role Summary/Purpose:

We'reon the lookout for an AVP, Account Managerto workhand-in-handwithVersatile'scustomers in the Health & Wellness spaceto ensure they achieve their desired outcomes with the company's products or services, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates.You'llblend a deep understanding of our products and services with a keen pulse of our customers' wants and needs to ensure our customers are always satisfied.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact forassignedcustomers, building andmaintainingstrong relationships.

  • Understand customers' business needs andobjectivesto effectively position our products/services and drive value.

  • Act as a bridge between assigned accounts and our internal Support and Technology teams to efficiently raise concerns,identifysolutions, and drive improvements.

  • Train andOnboard new customers effectively, ensuring they understand how to use products or services to their full potential.

  • Conduct Business Reviews with customers tomonitorhealthindicators andproactivelyidentifyand address potential issues to minimize customer churn.

  • Provide ongoing education and support,facilitatingproduct adoption and engagement.

  • Track and report on key metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3+years' experiencein a customer-facing role, such as customer success or account management, preferably within the Health & Wellness industry.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other customer success tools is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

Grade/Level: 10

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
