Job description

We are seeking a Teamcenter Business Architect with strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, PLM business processes, and solution architecture. The role will focus on translating business requirements into scalable functional solutions, leading PLM transformation initiatives, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter implementations and solution architecture.
  • Deep understanding of PLM and product lifecycle management processes.
  • Expertise in:
    • Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
    • Product Structure and BOM Management
    • Document and Content Management
    • Workflow Design
    • Configuration Management
    • Classification and Parts Management
  • Hands-on experience conducting business process workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Teamcenter modules including Active Workspace, Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, BMIDE, and Reporting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and solution designs.

  • Define end-to-end PLM processes covering Product Development, Change Management, Document Management, BOM Management, Configuration Management, and Program Management.
  • Conduct workshops, requirement elicitation, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions and Teamcenter designs.
  • Collaborate with technical architects, developers, integration teams, and enterprise architects.
  • Define Teamcenter data models, object structures, workflows, access controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Support Teamcenter integration, data migration, upgrade, cloud, and Digital Thread initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on Teamcenter best practices, solution roadmaps, governance, and adoption.
  • Develop functional specifications, architecture documents, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
  • Support testing, UAT, training, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
  • Mentor functional consultants and lead customer-facing discussions and presentations.
