POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient Pediatrics role focused on preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care from infancy through adolescence
Flexible four- or five-day clinic schedules supporting provider work-life balance

Dedicated 1:1 staffing support designed to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency

COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $250,000 - $280,000 based on schedule
Sign-on bonus available

SCHEDULE
Flexible four- or five-day clinic schedule
Outpatient-only practice setting
No required weekends
Optional weekend shifts available
Approximately 5 phone-call only days monthly
ROLE
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for patients from infancy through adolescence
Deliver preventative, chronic, and acute care services
Coordinate continuity of care and specialty referrals
Perform in-office procedures based on experience and preference
Collaborate with dedicated 1:1 staffing support teams
Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for patient documentation
