Team Lead Paralegals are experienced legal professionals who oversee a team of paralegals within a law firm or legal department. They are responsible for assigning tasks, managing workloads, providing guidance, and ensuring that deadlines and legal procedures are followed. In addition to their leadership duties, they often handle complex legal research, document preparation, and client coordination.
