Job description

This is an entry level opportunity to get real hands-on experience inside a fast-paced family law practice. You will be the first face clients and callers encounter, and you will support the paralegal and attorney team with the day-to-day work that keeps the office running.

Responsibilities include answering phones and managing front desk, maintaining attorney and court calendars, receiving and distributing mail, and assisting the paralegal team with administrative and case related tasks as needed.

This role is five days a week in our Hackensack office. It is a great fit for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to build a career in family law from the ground up
