Job description

We’re partnering with a well-established organization seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Office Coordinator to support senior leadership and oversee day-to-day headquarters office operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior executives with calendar and meeting coordination
  • Manage day-to-day headquarters office operations
  • Coordinate daily lunches, catering, and meeting logistics
  • Manage vendors, shipping, receiving, and office supplies
  • Welcome and coordinate visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Support company events and employee activities
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with administrative projects and office initiatives
  • Over time, take on travel arrangements, expense reporting, executive support, and audit-related responsibilities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required- min. 2 years of administrative, executive support, or office management experience preferred
  • Experience supporting executives or managing a corporate office environment is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Professional, polished demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
