Are you ready to make every day a beachy escape from the ordinary, serving up waves of flavor and moments of meaningful interaction filled with kindness and love? We are! CoCo Playa is not simply a coffee and cookie shop; we are creating connections, serving up quality one cup amp; cookie at a time, and building leaders in our inaugural CoCo Crew.

You need…

SD Food handler card permitted.

Ability to work 15+ hours a week.

Written, oral and verbal English proficiency is required.

Other language fluency is encouraged.

Includes some lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items weighing up to 50lbs.

Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks as needed.

Successfully complete, and uphold training requirements.

Knowing how to operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance is an awesome plus but will also be trained with our protocol.

Preparing and baking a selection of our cookies safely and according to established recipes and quality standards will be a part of your daily tasks and training!

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, countertops, and display cases.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and punctuality.

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of perishable ingredients and adherence to health codes.

CoCo-Rista Compensation:

Up to $20+ per hour.

Number includes up to $3+ per hour in tips.
