Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to support the emotional and psychological well-being of students.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychologists, teachers, and school administrators, to provide comprehensive support to students.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with the latest research, best practices, and techniques in the field of social work and mental health.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at REBORN, you will primarily support students facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado.
