Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children and their developmental needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring family goals are aligned with the child's developmental milestones.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in all interventions, tailoring approaches to adapt to various learning styles of both children and families.
• Monitor outcomes systematically as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that children's progress is tracked and adjustments are made as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families, equipping them with necessary skills and information to enhance their child's development effectively.
• Foster trust and rapport with families, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
• Adhere strictly to all Federal and State regulations, and maintain all required documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
• Implement natural environment teaching practices to facilitate learning in everyday settings.
• Assess and adjust service frequency based on the child’s developmental status and family priorities, ensuring that services are meaningful and goal-oriented.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this role is on children under three years of age who experience developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver's license is required for potential community visits.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle varying caseloads efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information effectively to families and colleagues.
• Demonstrated commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Compensation and Benefits
