ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make a positive impact on student achievement by supporting teachers in their efforts to maximize effectiveness of their instructional practice through the integration of technology.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with administrators, teachers and other staff to strengthen all aspects of the instructional program
  • Perform relevant professional tasks or duties as may be assigned by the building Principal and/or his designee as per DYEA collective bargaining agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MA DESE English as a Second Language required
  • Masters Degree, Preferred
  • Current in using new instructional technologies, knowledge of their use in the classroom and willingness to learn additional instructional technologies
  • Ability to work cooperatively with students, teachers, parents and administrators
  • At least 1 year relevant experience preferred
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
