Teaching In jobs can range from early childhood education to university-level instruction, depending on the specific setting. Job Summary
We are thrilled to have recently opened our brand-new, state-of-the-art Celebree School in Sudbury, Massachusetts - and we’re looking for passionate Teachers to join our founding team!
At Celebree, every classroom is staffed with two certified co-teachers - not a teacher and an aide. Our co-teaching model promotes quality of care, collaboration, and consistency for children, families, and staff. Teachers collaborate as trusted partners, bringing their experience and expertise together to create a high-quality learning environment while providing greater support and work-life balance for one another.
Celebree School of Sudbury is seeking a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our growing team. In this role, you (and a co-teacher) will create a safe, engaging, and loving environment where our youngest learners can thrive. You will support Toddler's developmental milestones through responsive caregiving, age-appropriate activities, and meaningful interactions while building strong partnerships with families.
This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up. As a new school, you’ll help shape the culture, create lasting traditions, and be part of a team that feels more like family. We are passionate about supporting and recognizing one another, having fun, and building a close-knit community with both our staff and families.
We are also proud to be an owner-operated school. Our dedicated owners are on-site each day, providing hands-on support, guidance, and resources to help our team succeed. Our door is always open and we foster a positive, family-oriented culture where teachers feel valued, supported, and connected to the larger school community.
Company Overview
At Celebree School™ we grow people BIG and small. That means we’re here to invest in your growth too. This promise reflects our holistic approach to growth, emphasizing the importance of nurturing both children and team members to reach their fullest potential. Celebree provides a supportive environment where team members have access to continuous learning, development opportunities, individual growth plans, and career pathways.

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.

  • Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.
  • Encourage language development, independence, and positive social interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Must meet Massachusetts minimum education and experience requirements.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
  • Background check required.
  • Dependable and a supportive team player
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a brand-new school with a state-of-the-art facility.
  • Opportunity to help build the school culture and community.
