Job description

Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant– Women’s Health
Location: Houston, TX
Compensation: $90,000 base salary +  30K bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000–$15,000
Relocation assistance available

We are a fast-growing, innovative specialty clinic that’s transforming how chronic pelvic pain is treated—and we’re hiring a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for our Dallas location.

Since 2017, we've pioneered a modern, office-based, ultrasound-guided approach to diagnosing and treating pelvic pain in both women and men. Our work focuses on improving outcomes, decreasing unnecessary delays in treatment, and eliminating the stigma and frustration that so often surrounds this condition.

With locations across 14 cities and 10 states, we’re continuing to grow—and we’re looking for advanced practice providers who want to be part of a mission-driven, patient-centered team.

About the Role
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Setting: Outpatient only – no nights, weekends, or call

  • Volume: 15–20 patients per day

  • EMR: eClinicalWorks

  • Patient Population: Primarily adult women (ages 20–40)

  • Support Structure: Work independently as the lead NP in the clinic, supported by trained medical assistants and office staff

  • Training Provided: You will be trained in our proprietary ultrasound-guided procedural protocol for pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction

Clinical Focus

This is a specialty role focused on women’s pelvic health. You will be treating patients with conditions such as:

  • Chronic pelvic pain

  • Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction

  • Pain with intercourse

  • Endometriosis-related symptoms

  • Incontinence

  • Postpartum pelvic issues

  • Pelvic rehab and injury recovery

This position is procedural in nature and does not involve general primary care responsibilities. You'll receive full, paid training on our clinical protocol and approach.

Qualifications
  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family Nurse Practitioner or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner)

  • Active Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing NP

  • Experience in women’s health required (e.g., IUD placements, pelvic exams, STI screening)

  • Background in Planned Parenthood or women’s health-focused clinics strongly preferred

  • Comfort working independently and managing a dedicated patient panel

Benefits
  • Base salary of $130,000–$150,000 with significant bonus potential

  • $10,000–$15,000 sign-on bonus

  • Paid relocation assistance

  • 3 weeks PTO to start

  • Paid holidays + 40 hours of sick time

  • 2 days of CME annually

  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) with employer contribution

  • Life insurance and other voluntary benefits

If you're an experienced NP with a background in women's health and you're looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing, purpose-driven environment—this is your opportunity to specialize, grow, and make an impact.

Let us know if you’d like to explore this opportunity further—we’d love to connect.
