Job description

Terms of Employment:

10 months/187 days per year. Salary is on the Teacher Salary Schedule on the EISD Compensation Plan on a term or probationary contract, as applicable. Starting teacher salary is $58,500.00 with Bachelor's degree; and additional stipend of $1,523.00 for Master's degree, with additional consideration for directly related experience.
Sign on stipend for the following qualified certified teachers who meet one of the following criteria: Effective May 6, 2025
$8,000 to be paid out in 2 consecutive years (annualized)
1. TIA Designated Teacher
2. National Board Certified Teacher
3. 10+ years teaching in special education
