Teacher hours refer to the scheduled periods during which a teacher is actively engaged in teaching, preparing lessons, grading, meeting with students or parents, and fulfilling other professional responsibilities at a school or educational institution. These hours can include both classroom instruction time and additional duties such as planning and administrative work. Teacher hours often vary depending on the school, grade level, and subject taught, but typically extend beyond the standard school day to accommodate preparation and grading.
