We are seeking an experienced Preschool Administrator/Floater who is dependable, energetic, organized, and passionate about working with children. This position is ideal for an early childhood professional who enjoys variety and is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on support throughout the center.
This is not strictly an office position or a classroom position. The person selected must be flexible enough to assist with center operations one moment and provide classroom coverage the next. Depending on the needs of the day, responsibilities may also include transportation, meal preparation, opening or closing duties, and other tasks necessary to keep the center running smoothly.
Required Qualifications

Candidates should have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a 5-Star licensed childcare or preschool environment.
The successful candidate should also:
  • Be knowledgeable about applicable childcare licensing requirements and state and county regulations
  • Be comfortable working with every age group, including infants, toddlers, preschool/pre-K, and school-age/after-school children
  • Have strong computer and technology skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be organized and able to manage several responsibilities throughout the day
  • Be dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and professional
  • Work well independently while also functioning as a strong team member
  • Be willing to assist in any area of the center when needed
  • Have a genuine love for children and early childhood education
