This individual will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality financial plans, developing team members, improving workflows, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and client service. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning to high-net-worth clients and business owners. What makes us different is that we are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options that many other firms do not offer including Alternative Investments, Private Real Estate portfolios and access to world class Institutional Managers.
Position Details:
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000-$115,000 base plus bonuses

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
Oversee daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and ensure timely, accurate completion of financial plans and client deliverables.
Review financial plans, reports, and recommendations to maintain quality and consistency.
Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and support ongoing professional development.
Improve team processes, workflows, and documentation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with advisors and leadership to support client needs and achieve departmental goals.
Ensure accurate client records, compliance documentation, and proper use of financial planning software.
Track team performance metrics, prepare management reports, and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or paraplanning
5 years of leadership or people management experience
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities
CFP® certification a plus
Bachelor's degree
Experience managing or supervising a remote or overseas Financial Planning or Paraplanning team is strongly preferred
Willing to work onsite in our Fort Worth office
Advanced knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, investments, retirement planning, insurance, and tax planning concepts
Extensive experience with eMoney Advisor
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
