Job Title: Electronic Technician (Direct Hire)
Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing
Location: Carson City, NV 89706
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
3rd Shift (3:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Electronic Technician to perform troubleshooting, installation, and testing of control systems in an aerospace manufacturing environment. The role involves working with CNC controls, PLCs, temperature and laser systems, and ensuring compliance with RSM/QCM and ISO/TCS quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic, temperature, laser, and PLC control systems
  • Install and test control systems to meet performance specifications
  • Operate machines such as mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, and P/S furnaces
  • Order and replace parts per manufacturer specifications
  • Ensure compliance with Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Management (QCM)
  • Support cross-training and follow all safety and environmental policies
  • Perform additional facility tasks as required

Education and Certifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Background in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Machinist (Tool & Die) experience preferred
  • Must pass related job test
  • Training in Electronics School, Laser School, or Process Instrumentation

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong troubleshooting and logical thinking skills
  • Basic math and computer literacy
  • Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
