Must have a CRM background (client uses MS Dynamics but any other CRM knowledge would work too).
Understanding of CoPilot and/or some AI/GenAI offerings in CRM
Understanding of a Capital Market client, specifically Self Directed (a.k.a Retail or Personal Investor) and Advised clients.
Good understand of a multi-cloud (AWS and Azure) and data exchanges between them.
Ability to lead the TCS team in Business Planning exercises where business and technology teams plan and prepare the roadmap for upcoming quarters.
Ability to translate functional discussions into technology deliverables
