Role Description

We are looking for a high energy Business Development Representative to join our growing Go-To-Market Team This role is part remote / part in our downtown Boston office. The Business Development Representative will focus on developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving lead generation efforts. The position involves collaborating with the Senior sales team to convert leads into clients, creating personalized outreach strategies, and maintaining clear communication with prospects to convey the value of Adeptia’s solutions.

Qualifications

  • Business development in Technology solutions experience is preferred - proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation (6+ months)
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Bachelors degree
  • Ability to work collaboratively remotely and in-person
  • Strong sense of business acumen
