Familiarity with toll collection systems, point-of-sale terminals, and sometimes radio communication equipment is typically required. Attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication help attendants handle high-traffic situations and resolve customer issues efficiently. These skills are crucial for maintaining smooth traffic flow, ensuring accurate toll collection, and providing a positive experience for motorists.
