To thrive as a Tax Support professional, you need a solid understanding of tax regulations, accounting principles, and strong problem-solving abilities, often supported by a degree in accounting or finance. Many teams employ collaborative tools and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate support, which helps maintain a positive client experience even during the busiest periods.
