  • Shape Our Processes: Contribute to building internal development standards, processes, and methodologies to help our engineering team scale efficiently.

  • Share Knowledge: Work closely with fellow developers to share ideas, brainstorm solutions, and provide constructive peer feedback.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

  • Industry Context: Direct experience developing software for the financial services industry—specifically systems handling loan origination, underwriting, and loan servicing.

  • Core Tech Stack: Proven production experience with software, web, and database development utilizing:

    • ASP.NET & VB

    • JavaScript & AJAX

    • IIS & SQL Server

  • Reporting Expertise: Current, hands-on experience designing and developing SAP Crystal Reports for complex, data-heavy reporting requirements.

  • Tools & Libraries: Proficiency with MS Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Telerik UI for ASP.NET, and GitHub.

  • Integration Skills: Practical experience building and consuming web services and API integrations.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Work Style: The ability to work independently, manage your own tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education & Legal: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field. Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Selected candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background check.
