Tax Senior Associates often encounter tight deadlines and a high volume of client deliverables during busy season, which can be challenging to manage. Balancing multiple client accounts, ensuring compliance with changing tax regulations, and reviewing the work of junior staff are common responsibilities during this time. These competencies ensure accurate tax filings, compliance with regulations, and the ability to build trust with clients and teams.
