Are you a positive, high-energy sales professional who loves picking up the phone and connecting with people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your effort directly determines your paycheck? If you’re an experienced sales representative looking to make great money helping people solve their tax problems, we want to talk to you!

We are a growing tax resolution firm that helps individuals and businesses resolve back taxes, IRS issues, state tax debts, and more. We also provide full-service tax preparation. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Telephone Sales Representative to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our tax resolution specialists.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to warm and targeted leads
  • Qualify prospects and build rapport quickly
  • Effectively explain our tax resolution and preparation services
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment and revenue goals
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude even during high call volume
  • Work closely with our sales leads/Management Staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a sales opener, appointment setter, or inside sales representative (tax, finance, insurance, or debt-related experience is a big plus)
  • High energy and a positive “can-do” mindset
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn significant income
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a passion for helping people
  • Must be coachable and eager to learn our proven process
