Job Description
  • Attend tax associate training sessions and office meetings
  • Be able to utilize Tax Software to produce taxes (Training will be provided)
  • Prepare federal and state income tax returns
  • Collect accurate client Data
  • Provide taxpayer client service & quality control
  • Review financial records, like prior tax return forms, income statements plus documentation of expenditures to define forms needed to prepare return
  • Interview client to obtain additional information on taxable income & deductible expenses allowances
  • Processing tax documents, obtaining all necessary client signatures.
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures (see P&P Manual)
  • Utilize CRM to update client’s information and notes
  • Managing Inbound Calls producing the set daily goal of Prepared Taxes.

  • Follow up with unprepared clients
  • Maintain quality customer relations, timely management of calendar appointments.
  • Function as a loyal member of the tax office team
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and company proprietary information
  • Provide frank feedback to Office Manager
  • Learn all skills necessary to complete responsibilities (continue education as necessary)

  • Knowledge of income tax preparation(relevant experience or completion of tax course)
  • Maturity, sensitivity and integrity

  • Maintain quality and professional relationship with all departments
  • Represent the Company professionally to the public and its Associates
  • Earn acceptance and trust of all company associates
  • Computer proficiency or aptitude (training in tax preparation software provided)

  • Availability for agreed upon hours, dependability. Minimum 6 Days Per week
