Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center experience highly desired)

Location: Sherman Oaks, CA (on-site position)

Status: Full-time position (40 hours/week)

Compensation: Starting base pay range between $22.00 - $25.00/hour w2 + Benefits (Please note: Starting base pay amount is based on the extent of position-relevant experience)

Position Overview:

Join us as a Customer Service Representative at Tax Relief Helpers and become the frontline hero in our mission to deliver outstanding client care. In this exciting role, you will tackle the pulse of our daily operations by fielding incoming calls from clients and various parties, addressing their concerns, and directing inquiries to the appropriate experts, ensuring every client interaction enhances their impression of our commitment to excellence.

As the first point of contact, you will be more than just a representative; you'll be an ambassador of our values, playing a critical role in molding the client's initial experience with our company. You'll ensure that every client feels heard, helped, and valued from the moment they reach out to us. Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls from customers or other parties and address their inquiries or concerns.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Direct calls to the appropriate personnel or departments as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns to the best of your ability.
• Mitigate issues to prevent client dissatisfaction that could lead to refunds.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driven and hardworking, with a keen interest in learning and personal growth.
• Coachable, with a willingness to embrace training and feedback to enhance their sales skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high sense of accountability.
• Excellent communicators, capable of building trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
• Outgoing and personable while exhibiting professionalism at all times.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Able to handle challenging situations professionally, including dealing with difficult clients, and maintaining composure and professionalism.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience is highly desired
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to satisfy clients' needs effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
